GKSPORT Return Policy

15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. The item must not have been used, worn, or damaged.
  3. Enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation in the return package.

Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Page to reach out to our customer service team.
  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the RA number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund and Exchange Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within [number of days] days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
